Please follow the steps below to add and manage Plan Groups and Plans within your project:
1. Log in to the Project
Ensure that you are logged in to the correct project using the Web Dashboard of the Onsite System.
Note: Only users with "Project Admin" privileges can access the "Setup" menu on the left.
2. Access the Setup Menu
- Click on the Setup menu.
- Then, click on the Plans sub-menu item under the Setup menu.
3. Add a New Plan Group
- Each Plan Group contains a set of plans.
- To create a new Plan Group, click on the down arrow next to the "Plans" title and select Add Plan Group.
- A popup modal will appear where you can enter the name for the new plan group.
- After clicking Add, the new plan group will be added at the bottom of the page, allowing you to add plans to it.
4. Set a Main Plan
- You can select the main plan (the default plan that will open).
- Click on the down arrow next to the "Plans" title and choose Set Main Plan.
- A dropdown list will appear, showing all the available plans. Select your preferred plan and confirm.
5. Expand or Collapse Plan Groups
- You can expand or collapse all plan groups.
- Click on the down arrow next to the "Plans" title and choose Expand All or Collapse All. By default, the plan groups are expanded.
6. Search Plans
- On the right side of the page, you can search for plans within all plan groups.
- Simply type the Plan Name in the search box and click the Search button.
- To reset the search and view all plans, click the Reset button.
7. Edit a Plan Group
- To edit a plan group, click the down arrow next to the plan group name and select Edit Group.
- A popup modal will open, allowing you to edit the plan group name, change its sort order, and activate or deactivate the group.
8. Upload Plans
- To upload plans to a plan group, click the down arrow next to the plan group name and select Add Plan(s), or click the last element in the plans grid.
- A popup modal will appear allowing you to upload one or more plans. If uploading one plan, you can rename the plan title. If uploading multiple plans, the plan titles will be taken from the file names.
- To select multiple files, click on the Browse button and choose the images you wish to upload.
9. Clone or Copy Plans
- To clone or copy plans, click the down arrow next to the plan group name and select Clone Plans.
- You can also clone the locations associated with the plans.
10. Search Plans within a Plan Group
- On the right side of each plan group, you can search for plans within that specific plan group.
- Simply type the Plan Name in the search box to find the desired plan.
11. Edit a Plan
- To edit a plan, hover your mouse over the plan box, and the Edit button will appear.
A popup modal will open, allowing you to change the plan group, plan title, sort order, plan image, and activate or deactivate the plan.
