Issues Actions ( signoff, history, re-assign, notify)

On the right top of each issue, a list of actions is available

View Issue History

This will open a popup modal showing a timeline for the issue updates.



Issue Signoff

This will open a popup modal to be able to sign off the related issue  



Re-Assign Issue

If an issue is assigned to my team, I have the ability to re-assign it to my subcontractors.  

Watch Issue

If you would like to be updated and emailed about a specific issue, you can click on Watch Issue from the Actions button.

Notify user about an issue

You can notify/ send an email to a specific personnel about a specific issue.

  • Click on Notify user from The actions Button :
  • This will open a popup modal where the list of users will be .
  • Select the user to whom you would like to send this issue to
  • Set your message in the message box
  • Click on send button



An instant email will be sent to the selected user with full details about the issue and its  history
