Project Status

Understanding the Project Status section

Once you log in and select your desired project, the Project Status page is the first screen you'll see. This page provides a comprehensive overview of all project activity related to snagging.

What You’ll See on the Project Status Page

• A summary dashboard displaying key metrics such as open snags, fixed snags, closed snags, and more.

• All figures are interactive — clicking on any number will automatically redirect you to the Reporting page, pre-filtered based on the selected item.

Filtering Options

You can refine the project summary using the following filters, available at the top of the page:

Everything: Displays the entire project status based on your access level and user privileges. Issued by Me: Shows a summary of issues created specifically by you (the currently logged-in user). Issued by My Company: Displays all issues raised by users who are part of your company/team. Assigned to My Company: Shows issues that are currently assigned to your company, regardless of who raised them. Last 30 Days Activity: Filters the dashboard to show only issues that were created within the last 30 days Last 7 Days Activity: Shows activity from the last 7 days only — ideal for short-term monitoring and progress tracking.
