How to Manage Notification Settings
You can customize how often you receive email notifications about changes to issue statuses using the Notifications settings.
Follow the steps below:

Open the Onsite Web App
Log in to your account via the Onsite web platform. -
Ensure the Project Is Loaded
Make sure you have already added a project and that the download has completed successfully. -
Select Your Project
From the main menu, click on the project you want to manage notifications for. -
Access Notification Settings

On the left-hand side menu, locate the team name.

Click the downward arrow next to the team name.

From the dropdown, select Notifications.

- Adjust Email Notification Preferences
Choose the desired email frequency for receiving updates about issue status changes (e.g., immediately, hourly, daily). - Save Your Changes
Ensure your preferences are saved to start receiving notifications as configured.
