If you have changed your password from the web portal, you will no longer be able to log into the project on your device using the new credentials. To resolve this, you will need to refresh the project.
- Open the Onsite app on your iPad and go to the login screen.
- Swipe left on the project name and click on Refresh.
- Once the synchronization is complete, you will be able to log into the project using your new credentials.
