Colors and shapes are used to represent the category and status of issues.

The top shapes (circle, star, polygon, square, and oval) can be assigned to issue categories by the admin through the Onsite System Web Admin Interface.

However, the colors remain fixed for all issues.

Below is a table outlining the colors and their corresponding issue statuses:
