Steps to Add a Project on the Onsite iOS App

Ensure Internet Connectivity
Ensure your device is connected to the internet. -
Open the Onsite iOS App
Launch the Onsite iOS App (ensure it is installed from the iOS App Store under the name “Onsite 2.0”). -
Access Project Options
On the main screen, tap the “+” icon or the “Select Project” button located at the center. -
Add a New Project
Select “Add New Project” from the options provided. -
Enter Project Details
Provide the required information as instructed by your administrator:- Project URL: Enter the URL associated with the project.
- Username and Password: Use your pre-configured system credentials.
- Optionally, select “Remember Me” to save your login details for future use.
- Optionally, select “Without Images” to skip downloading all photos initially, which can save time during the first sync.

Alternative Method Using Barcode
You can use the barcode option as an alternative to manual entry:- Tap the barcode icon located in the bottom-left corner of the page.
- This will automatically populate the URL, username, and password fields.
- Ensure you check “Remember Me” and “Without Images” as needed.

Save the Project
Tap “Save” to begin downloading the project data. -
Wait for Download Completion
Allow the project to fully download to your device. A progress bar will show the download status. -
Select Your Project
Once the download is complete, select the project name from the list displayed on the main screen. -
Login to Access Project Details
Enter your username and password to access the project details and start using the application.
