The colors and shapes of issues indicate their category and status.

The top shapes—circle, star, polygon, square, and oval—can be assigned to issue categories by the Admin through the Onsite System Web Admin Interface.

However, the colors are fixed for all issues.

Below is a table outlining the color associated with each issue status:
