IR Reports

  • The system offers several types of reports related to inspection requests (IRs) and issues:

    1. Report with Issues and Attachments

      • Click the PDF button in the last column to generate a detailed report.
      • This report includes the IR details, history, and attached issues.
      • If a PDF file is already attached to the IR, it will be added to the generated report.
    2. IR Summary

      • A cross-tab report showing the number of IRs in each area, grouped by the assigned team.
    3. IR Summary of Issues by Raised Team

      • A cross-tab report that displays the number of issues in each area, grouped by the team that raised them.
    4. IR Summary of Issues by Assigned Team

      • A cross-tab report showing the number of issues in each area, grouped by the team assigned to resolve them.

    You can customize reports by adding a cover page and a custom title.



    Analysis View Tab

    This page provides a customizable report table with the following features:

    • Displays the total number of IRs and their current stages.
    • Offers various pre-configured filters, with the ability to drag and drop additional filters into rows or columns as needed.
    • Allows you to download the table as a report by clicking the Download Report button.

    History Analysis View Tab

    This page displays a similar table to the Analysis View but includes more detailed information:

    • Each IR’s details and history are shown, including when it progressed to the next stage and the selected result.

    Aging Report Tab

    The Aging Report helps monitor and manage inspection requests over time by

    • Tracking how long requests remain open or pending.
    • Ensuring timely follow-ups on pending inspections.
    • Measuring the performance of teams or individuals responsible for completing inspections.
