How to View or Update Your Profile Settings

You can access and update your personal information, including your name, email, password, and team details, directly from the Onsite web portal.

Follow the steps below to manage your profile:

1. Log in to the Onsite Web Portal
   Use your credentials to sign in at the Onsite web platform.

2. Select a Project
   Choose the project you want to work with from the list of available projects.

3. Open Your Profile Settings

   • On the left-hand side panel, locate the team name.

   • Click the downward arrow next to the team name.

   • Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

      

What You Can Do in the Profile Page

• View your information:

  • Username

  • Assigned Team

  • User Role

• Update your profile details:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Password

• Add the project to your iPad:

  • Use the QR code displayed on your profile page to quickly link the project to your iPad app.

Notes:

• Any updates made to your profile will be applied across both web and mobile platforms.
